How It Works
We install our product in your home, garage,
patio, pool deck, driveway, or business in just ONE DAY!
Step 1
Profiling of surface
We Start with profiling the concrete with vacuum infused grinders in order to minimize dust. Thanks to the floor being profiled our basecoat will have a tight bond with the concrete. Once the floor has been profiled we are ready to fix any cracks and imperfections the concrete may have.
Step 2
Concrete Repair
We begin to fix and cracks and imperfections with a 2-part polyurea crack fill that is just as strong as concrete. The areas will then be grinded down in order for the floor to be flush.
Step 3
Base Coat
Now the base coat is applied with a color that matches the vinyl chip that you chose.
Step 4
Chips are broadcasted
The polymer chips are ready to be broadcasted on top of the basecoat. We’ll give the product about 2 hours for it to cure.
Step 5
Scrape It
The chips will be scraped in order to remove any excess and loose material.
Step 6
Top Coat
The final coat will be applied on top of the chips. This top coat will seal the chips and protect your floor for years to come!
